It is possible to select or deselect multiple checkboxes in a single action rather than having to manually select/deselect each one. This can be done in any area where there is a searchable list icon:
Click onto the relevant category on the main menu header eg Schedule and then click onto the desired selection eg New job.
If you then wished to add, for example, a new worksheet, you would:
- Click on the searchable field Worksheets
- Type in the first three characters of your search eg BOI. This will produce a list of all relevant entries. Please note, if there is only one entry then this feature will not be available.
- Click on Select all and tick boxes will appear against all of the entries.
- You can now fill in all the desired information in the usual way.
- Click Save
If you wish to deselect all of the selected entries then simply follow the steps above and when you click on the Select all box, all entries will be deselected. Then press Save to finish.
This function is available across many areas of the site, eg Maps, CRM, wherever there is a searchable list and multiple entries.
NB remember it is essential to input at least 3 characters in the search box in order for this feature to work.
