Default Dialling Code

Default Dialling Code

Area We are Addressing

Although users can set up a default dialling code in the My account > My settings section, it doesn’t pre-populate throughout the system.

What’s New

When a user clicks into a phone number entry box, the default dialling code is now automatically populated. If a user does not populate the full number and the item is saved, the prefix will be removed.

Network Listing: Map Territories & Address Listing Enhancements

Network Listing Enhancements

Area We are Addressing

When a user is viewing network listings, they can filter by country but not at a more granular level, ie city, street, etc.

What’s New

There are three new enhancements.

  1. When creating/editing a Network listing, a new section ‘Locations covered‘ has been added beneath the ‘location‘ field.  Users can select one or more territories on the map to show the areas that they cover. When a territory has been associated with a network listing, it cannot be deleted from the map.

  2. A new filter on the network page, ‘Locations covered‘, is a Google-style address search. It filters based on the locations companies cover using the territory data they added in 1, above.

  3. In addition to the ‘contact info‘ button, a new map icon will display when the ‘Locations covered‘ section has been completed.  Clicking on the icon will open the map, showing the relevant territories.

Domestic Reverse Charge – Additional Non-eligible Items

Area We are Addressing

When using Domestic Reverse Charge profiles, it is possible to mark several entities as non-eligible, that is to say, they do not form part of the scheme. We are expanding on the types of entities that can be marked as non-eligible.

What’s New

When adding a new ‘non-eligible item‘ additional options are now available:

  1. All free text items – any line items added as free text

  2. All job type rates – rates that are assigned against any job type, either planned or actual, with contact-specific rates continuing to take priority.

  3. Job type rates – rates that are assigned against a specific job type, either planned or actual, with contact-specific rates continuing to take priority.

  4. All rating tables – all lines originating from rating tables.

  5. Specific rating table – application to a named Rating Table. Where the rating table is made up of predefined invoice items,  the eligibility status of the predefined invoice items will be given precedence.

For further information, please read the article on Domestic Reverse Charge.

Increase Occurrences in Recurring Job Group Templates

Area We are Addressing

When creating a recurring job group template, the current number of occurrences in a series is 255.  It would be great if we could extend this to 365 to include jobs that take place on a yearly cycle.

What’s New

The number of occurrences has now been increased to 365.
